About us

The company was founded in 2008 by two Chartered Surveyors with over 30 years experience. We are based in London and cover a large part of the UK. In addition to being competitive on price we provide a professional service and a fast and speedy turnaround.

Epcom specialise in providing Energy Performance Certificates for a wide variety of commercial properties including office, industrial and retail of various sizes typically 50 m2 to 20,000 m2. 

We aim to be competitive on price, basic cost £195 plus lodgement fee, increasing dependant on size and complexity of the property.
